
Digital Strategist, Paid Media
We are seeking an organized and efficient strategist to support digital paid media programs for a variety of progressive clients during the 2022 election cycle.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting a wide range of paid media programs — including strategy brainstorming, basic media planning, placement and monitoring of digital ads on platforms like Meta/Facebook Ads and Adwords, and basic media reporting.
Clear and compelling copywriting for digital advertising campaigns.
Working with the Sunny Day team to ensure smooth delivery of product and program for clients.
Successful candidates will have:
1-3 years experience in digital advertising, whether in a political, nonprofit, or corporate environment, or related digital experience with a strong desire to learn basic paid media skills quickly.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and learn new skills on the go.
Passion for electing Democrats at all levels of government and supporting progressive organizations.
Bonus points for:
Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords.
Strong understanding of Google Sheets and Excel.
As a small firm, we operate with an all-hands-on-deck approach, and all team members have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from national organizations to city, state, and federal campaigns. This position will have an immediate opportunity to contribute substantively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and support Democratic progress across the country.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $54,000 - $72,000 dependent on experience; excellent benefits including 401K matching. Title, salary, and specific responsibilities have the potential to be flexible for the right candidate.
