We are seeking an organized and efficient strategist to support online fundraising programs for a variety of progressive clients during the 2022 election cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting broad outbound email programs — including calendaring, email production and checklisting, copywriting, and basic reporting.

  • Digital paid media copywriting, collaboration, and strategy support.

  • Basic web copywriting and/or back-end website updates.

  • Working with the Sunny Day team to ensure smooth delivery of product and program for clients.

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1-3 years (ideally one campaign cycle) experience in political digital strategy, whether within a campaign or at a creative agency, or comparable volunteer experience with a strong desire to learn digital skills quickly.

  • Strong written communication skills and an ability to moderate style and voice in written products across different organizations and individuals.

  • General familiarity with political online fundraising programs and their components, including email fundraising, listbuilding, and digital advertising.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and learn new skills on the go.

  • Passion for electing Democrats at all levels of government and supporting progressive organizations.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with NGP, ActBlue, and/or other CRM platforms and tools that are pervasive in the progressive online space.

  • A belief in ethical online fundraising practices that treat supporters with respect while finding creative ways to meet goals and deliver results for clients.

As a small firm, we operate with an all-hands-on-deck approach, and all team members have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from national organizations to city, state, and federal campaigns. This position will have an immediate opportunity to contribute substantively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and support Democratic progress across the country.

Compensation:
